Buffalo- Created in 1854; annexed to Beaver Twp.  in 1875.
Calf Creek- Created in 1839; part to Spring b/w 1890 & 1900.
Campbell- Created in 1842; Part to Beaver in 1875; part to Big Creed & Long Creek b/w 1890-1900.
Locust Grove- Created in 1852; annexed to Stone Co in 1873.
Long Creek- Created b/w 1890-1900 from parts of Beaver, Big Creek & Campbell Twps.
Maumee- Created in 1902 from parts of Bear Creek, Big Creek, and Tomahawk; part to Rock Springs

Mount Pleasant- Created in 1864.
Mount Vernon- Created b/w 1910-20 from parts of Red River & Sulphur Springs.
Prairie- Created in 1856.
Red River- Created in 1858.  Part to Mt. Vernon b/w 1910-20, and part to Shady Grove b/w 1910-20.
Richland- Created in 1840.
Rock Springs- Created b/w 1910-20 from parts of Beaver, Big Creek, Long Creek, and Maumee.
St. Joe- Created in 1875 from part of Tomahawk.
Shady Grove- Created b/w 1910-20 from part of Red River.
Spring- Created from parts of Bear Creek and Calf Creek Twps. b/w 1890-1900.
Sulphur Springs- Created in 1860; part to Mt. Vernon b/w 1910-20.
Tomahawk- Created in 1840; part to St. Joe in 1875; part to Maumee in 1902.
Wileys Cove (Wiley Cove)- Created in 1840.
