Dr. Samuel Mayse Mosely
Dr. Samuel Mayse Moseley was born July 16, 1869 in Alabama to James Huling and Callie/Sallie Coleman Moseley. In 1880 Samuel is found with his parents and five siblings in Thomasville, Ala. His father being born in Georgia and his mother in Alabama, all of his siblings were born in Alabama.

In 1898 Dr. Moseley married Edith Lula Andrews born Nov 19, 1875 in Drew County, Arkansas to Dr. Robert Henry and Emeline Jane Everett Andrews. The children of Dr. Moseley and wife were Robert Dewey, James H., Eugenia, Samuel Q., and Joseph Andrews Moseley

In 1900 Dr. Moseley is practising medicine in Ashley County Arkansas. and by 1910 he and his family were located in Diamond Township, Sebastian County Arkansas. In 1907 Dr Moseley is the physician at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Arkansas. In 1910 Dr. Moseley and family are found in Diamond township, Sebastian county, Arkansas.
March 29, 1920 Dr. Moseley met an untimely death by gunshot. The details of which are in the clippings below. Dr. Moseley practiced medicine until his death 29 Mar 1920.
