Roselie Tilles Home
This picture was probably taken in the early 1900s to 1920s. I believe it has had quite a large addition to it and is now a substance abuse facility.
I was told the sons of a cousin were placed in this home after her untimely death in Apr 1930 when the father could not care for them.
