A note from Judy Whitson -
" This church is not in existence now. The congregation of Sulfur Springs moved to a new building on Jenny Lind and was renamed Second Presbyterian Church. That was in the early 1950s. A couple of decades later, the name was changed to St. Andrew Presbyterian. The congregation dwindled, so they joined with Westminster Presbyterian in 1984, I believe. That church is no longer around, either. My grandfather, Dr. J.P Stevenson, was also a pastor at Sulphur Springs, but is not listed. Second/St. Andrew’s was my family church for many years."
