Daymond Darrel Heydenreich was born April 9, 1934 to Frederick Oswald & Lona Belle Peoples Heydenreich. September 11, 1954 he married Mary Elizabeth Newman from Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar.

Daymond served with the US Air Force during the Korean War. Nothing more has been found about his time in the service.

Daymond passed away December 2, 2021. His burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery at Hackett, Sebastian Co., Ar.

Daymond Darrel Heydenreich, 87, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021 in his home. He was the owner of D&M Battery Service, of the Baptist faith and a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Heydenreich; three sons, Paul Eugene Heydenreich and wife, Lisa, Mark Daymon Heydenreich and Gregory Jason Heydenreich all of Greenwood; two daughters, Julie Selina King and husband, Rick of Allen, Texas and Eileen Iehl and husband, Christopher of Ellsworth, Wisconsin; two sisters, Jurlene Dowdy of Roland, Oklahoma and Ilene Webb and husband, Wimpy of Greenwood; thirteen grandchildren, Jordan Paul Heydenreich, Amanda Elizabeth Krause, Randi Renee Cruz, Rusti Leigh Grandstaff, Mackinley Ralston Heydenreich, Shanah Shirdena Stillwell, Stacy Deeann King, Donald Aaron King, Melody Jane Heydenreich, Gabriel Damon Heydenreich, Brandon Iehl, Justin Lea Iehl and Bryce Tyler Iehl and ten great grandchildren, Temperance Maye Heydenreich, Aleczander Jordan Heydenreich, Colton Gunner Grandstaff, Chandler Dale Grandstaff, Layne Austin Stillwell, Elizabeth Ray Faust Morgan James Faust, Cody Blake Shipman, Elizabeth Taylor Iehl and Kaiden Iehl. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Russell Heydenreich, George Heydenreich, Vernie Heydenreich, Paul Heydenreich and Raymond Heydenreich.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 7 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Mount Zion Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

Pallbearers will be Paul, Jordan, Mark and Greg Heydenreich, William Grandstaff and John Newman. Honorary pallbearers will be all his grandchildren.
