James Hamilton Looper 1892 - 1963 James Hamilton Looper was vorn September 26, 1892 at Huntington, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Joseph Forster & Emily Agnes Richmond Looper. November 16, 1921 he married Florecce Lucille "Lucy" Walker at Huntington, Sebastian Co., Ar. both being residents there. James registered for the military draft June 5, 1917 at Huntington, Sebastian Co., Ar. He enlisted July 5, 1918. He served with Co. "L" 163rd Inf. 41ST Div. until March 6, 1919. James passed away March 11, 1963 at Huntington, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in the Huntington Cemetery there.
