Charles David Byrum was born June 6, 1919 in Barling, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Luther Harvey & Sadie David Byrum. Charles married Ivel Mae "Betty" Adkins. ( I have no record for this marriage. It was on a family tree for Charles.) In 1940 Charles was single and still living in Rogers Twsp, Sebastian Co., Ar. with his parents and siblings. April 29, 1941 Charles enlisted in the US Army. Nothing else is found about his time in the military. His discharge date was October 17, 1945. In 1947 he and his family are found in the Napa, California city directory found below. Charles David Byrum passed away September 16, 1989 in Solano, California. His burial place Rolling Hills Memorial in Richman, California.
