Charley Andrew Duncan was born February 2. 1908 at Hackett, Sebastian Co., Ar. to John Andrew & Martha J. Lambert Duncan. He married Luella Mae unknown. No marriage record has been found. Charley is still single and living with his parents in 1940. Luella was 10 years older than Charley. Charley enlisted in the US Army in Little Rock, Arkansas Novembe 13, 1942. On his enlistment he states he had completed Grammar School and his civil occupation was "Semiskilled miners, and mining-machine operators", Nothing more is known about his service. Charley Andrew Duncan passed away December 24, 1995 at Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in Mount Olive Cemetery, Midland, Sebastian Co., Ar.
