Paul Franklin Clark was born Nov 6, 1922 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co.. Arkansas to Elbert Austin & Almedia Delilah Loving Clark. Paul married Flossie Isabell Brown Sept 1, 1915. Paul enlisted in the US Army Jan 23, 1943. No information was found on his service except he had the rank of Private First Class. January 2, 1946 Pfc Paul F. Clark was discharged from the army. On the 9th of October 2000 Paul passed away. He is buried at the National Cemetery at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co.. Ar.
