Staff Sgt. Raymond Glenn Curtis was born 25 Dec. 1915 in Fort Smith Arkansas to Carl Browning & Bertha G Maxey Curtis. On the 1940 census of Ft. Smith his occuption is a Ginotype Opeartor.

Staff Sgt. Curtis served in the Army Air Corps with the 19th Troop Carrier Squadron, Army Air Forces. He was reported missing over the Pacifc Ocean and ultimately declared dead on October 20, 1943. Recorded circumstances attributed to: lost at sea.

He is memorialized at Tablets of the Missing at Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an American Battle Monuments Commission location.
