Billye Rylance Sneed was born 30 Nov 1922 Hartford, Sebastian County Ar. to Virgil Kirkland & Anna Rylance Sneed. On the 15th of July 1943 at Little Rock, Arkansas Billye enlisted in the US Army. Pvt. Sneed was attached to the Tank Destroyer Forces. Sept 13, 1944 Pvt. Billye Rylance Sneed was killed in the line of duty by artillery shell & fragments.
