Terrill "Terry" Lynn Sinclair was born Feburary 20, 1949 in Iowa to
LeVerne Waston & Phyllis Anne Dyer Sinclair.
May 4, 1979 he married Tamara R. Meadows in San Diego, California.
Terry served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. His final rank was SP4.
Nothing more is known about his service.
Terry passed away August 29, 2020 at his home in Ft. Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
His burial was in the National Cemetery there.
