Wammack Family Information

I am an Arkansas Womack researcher and thought maybe someone might be interested in the Wammacks in the Plant Cemetery. The surname was originally Womack, but time changes things!

I'm not related to these Womacks. However, my great great grandparents were in Van Buren Co., in 1860. They were James Baldwin Womack and Eveline Carter, dau., of Isaac Carter.

Jacob L. Wammack and Milum J. Wammack are Jacob Lewis Womack (spouse Delilah Catherine Thompson) and William Jerome "Milan" Womack (spouse Elizabeth Cowen), sons of Mary Benson, born ca. 1825 TN, died aft. 1880 McMinn Co., TN and Daniel Joseph Womack, born 3 Nov 1809 Lunenburg Co., VA, died 24 Oct 1856 Rogers Creek, McMinn Co., TN. Spensor W. Wammack is Spencer William Womack, son of William Jerome "Milan" Womack and Elizabeth Cowen.
