Submitted by Joyce Baldwin SpurginJohn Davis Row was born in Van Buren Co., AR. His parents were Andrew Jackson Row and Harriett Jane Michael Cullum Row Gray. At least I think her maiden name was Michael. He had one half-brother George Washington Cullum, son of Harriet Jane and Francis Cullum, who married Susan Allison. Susan Allison married Joseph Tackett after the death of George W. Cullum.
