in the District of Lands subject to sale at Clarksville, Arkansas, containing eighty acres...according to
the Official Plat of the Survey of said Lands returned to the General Land Office, by the Surveyor General,
which said Tract has been purchased by the said Brice McEver.

The West (3/4) of the West (1/2) of the NE 1/4 in Sec. 7 Twp 7 North Range 20 West, also the South West 1/4
of the south East 1/4 in Section 6 Twp. 7 North Range 20 West, Except one acre off of the South
West corner of the above described land and containing the aggregate 99 acre more or less.
Abstractor's Note: The deed recited: "It being herein expressly understood that a lien is hereby retained upon
said lot or parcel of land to secure the payment of the residue of the purchase money herein before mentioned."
Consideration above does not show there is a lien retained.
