As a prelude to Heritage Month in May, Harding University art professor Paul Pitt will present a program on handmade flutes to the White County Historical Society April 24 at Harding Place in Searcy.  He makes the  instruments under the name Coyote Clay, featured on his Web site at www.coyoteclay.com   His art has won numerous awards, and flute-making has been his main focus since 1995. His flute-making studio is located underground.  He and his wife live in the woods in a cavehouse, make an organic garden and "experience directly the Creator's gentle touch."  Don't miss this unique presentation.  The meeting starts at 7 p.m
