ROBBINS, Paul

In the name of God, Amen. I, Paul ROBBINS of the Co. of White in the St. of Ark. being in weak bodily health but of sound & disserning? memory calling to mind the faith & certainty of human life & being desirous of settling my worldly affairs & directing now the estate with which it has pleased God to hlep? (help?) me shall be disposed of after my deceased while I have strength and capacity so to do make and publish this my last will & testament hereby revoking and making null & void all & any last will & testimony by me heretofore made & find & command my immortal bring to him who gave it & my body to the earth to be buried with little expense & ostintation by my executor hereinafter named and as to my worldly estate and all other property real personal & mixed of which I shall die seized & possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my deceased I devise, bequeath & dispose -- of in the manner following to wit. I -- and bequeath to my daughter Sallie Betty ROBBINS the following negroes named thus Edmund a negro man, Jane a negro woman his wife & their youngest child named Frank which said negroes and to make -- equal to wit? I have heretofore given to my son James M. ROBBINS 2. I give devise & bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth ROBBINS such personal property monies credits or effects out of the residue of my estate as she may choose or select as will make her portion of my estate equal with that of my son James M. ROBBINS and my daughter Sallie Betty ROBBINS all the rest & residue of my estate real personal and mixed of which I shall die seized & possessed or to which I shall be entitled at my deceased I give devise and bequeath to be equally to and among my said son James M. ROBBINS, my daughter Sallie Betty ROBBINS and my beloved wife Elizabeth ROBBINS authorizing & empowering my Executor to sell & dispose of in any or all of my lands of which I may dispossessed of either at public or private sale & the proceeds thereof to be equally divided between my son James M. ROBBINS my daughter Sallie Bettie ROBBINS & my beloved wife Elizabeth ROBBINS and Lastly I nominate & appoint my said son James M. STRACENER, Micheal

Know all men by these presents that I Micheal STRACENER of Royal Township in the County of White & St. of Ark., "Gentlemen, being in good health & of sound & disposing mind & memory do make & publish this my last will & testament, thereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. I hereby constitute & appoint my sons William STRACENER & Jefferson STRACENER, to be sole exec. of this my last will. Directing my said executors to pay all my just debts & funeral expenses, and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate.
2nd To sell all of my property both real & personal at my death & make the distribution as hereinafter directed. After the payment of my said debts & funeral expenses, I give to each of my children as follows. To Wm. STRACENER $300. To Jefferson STRACENER $300. To Hiram STRACENER $300. To Louis $300. To Jonathan STRACENER $300. To Easter STRACENER $100. To Elizabeth SEALS $50. To Mary STRACENER $100 to be paid to each of them as soon after my death least within one year as convieniantly may be done & after the payment of the legacies aforesaid. I will the balance to be divided equally among my children aforenamed except Elizabeth SEALS who has to have but the $50 above mentioned. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal, and publish & declare this to be my last will & testament, in the presence of the witnesses named below, this Jan. 5, 1855. 4. wife Delilas WILLIAMS benefit of the SW & the NE 1/4 iof the NW 1/4 of Sect. 35 Tp. N of K6 as long as she lives & that the proceeds be divided between my 3 daughters Nancy, Artimacy, & Cyrucias WILLIAMS.
5. All other property on my plantation to be used to benefit my family as long as they remain together or if they separate the said property to be divided as they see proper.
6. Lot in town of West Point known as lot 2, 2 of block no. 4 of said town to be sold & the proceeds to be applied to the payment of the full demands aquire the estate if necessary.
