RUSSELL SCHOOL c1897 – This photograph was donated by Laura Lafferty, whose mother Lela Belle McDaniel, is a teacher shown standing at right behind the three boys. She is wearing a white collar. Lela Belle taught at Russell School for many years beginning in the late 1800s.
