Isaac married Racheal, in Arkansas. Racheal was born in Tennessee in 1830.

6. Howell  “Hal” SMITH (Isaac1). Howell was born in Dallas County, Arkansas, in March oof either 1867 or 1872. Howell  died in 1935 in Leola, Grant County, Arkansas. Howell was buried in Toone’s Chapel A.M. E. Church Cemetery, Tulip, Dallas County, Arkansas. Occupation: Farmer.

On 10 Feb 1886 Howell married Fannie PATTILLO, daughter of Thomas PATTILLO Sr. (1813-1885) & Fannie SMITH (1813-1909), in Dallas County, Arkansas. Fannie was born in Dallas County, Arkansas, in either 1873 or 1883. Fannie died in 1939 in Leola, Grant County, Arkansas. Fannie was buried in Toone’s Chapel A.M. E. Church Cemetery, Tulip, Dallas County, Arkansas.

On 10 Oct 1889 William F. married Bettie CHILDERS, in Dallas County, Arkansas. (Book E, Page No.: 347). Bettie was born in 1870.
