Sandra Kaye Gill, 54, of Fordyce, died Thursday, March 22, 2007. She was born June 13, 1952 in Paris, TN. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Fordyce. She was Program Director of Senior Care at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Sykes and Willie Mac Freeman Sykes; three brothers, W.C., Charles and Ronnie Ray Sykes; one sister, Carolyn Jennings. She is survived by her husband, Doug Gill of Fordyce; four sons, Mark Simon, Sr. and his wife, Marsha of Thomasville, AL, Jason Gill and his wife, Kim of Mansfield, Jeff Gill and his wife, Siria of Fordyce, and T.J. Gill of Fordyce; one daughter, Brandi Gunn and her husband, Eric of Camden; four brothers, John Sykes of Paris, TN, Curtis Sykes of Canton, GA, Roger Sykes of Elgin, IL and Harold Sykes of Canton, GA; two sisters, Bobbie Crites of Paris, TN and Fay Harbin of Canton, GA; and thirteen grandchildren, Mark Simon, Jr., Katie Simon, Brandon Simon, Alex Mason, Jordynn Simon, London Simon, Gracen Gill, Parker Gill, Alyssa English, Adam English, Synthia English, Blake Gunn and Brook Gunn. Visitation will be Sunday 6pm until 8pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Fordyce Children’s Building Fund. Funeral services are 11:00 am Monday at First Baptist Church in Fordyce with Rev. Mark Simon, Sr. and Rev. Stacy Reed officiating. Burial at Stoney Point Cemetery.
