Smith Creek Cemetery

Transcribed May 4, 2002 by Patti Vance Hays pvhwdh@cablelynx.com
Travel Directions : By Smith Creek Missionary Baptist Church on Highway 128 Between Highways 70 and 5 between Benton and Hot Springs. Stephen Garner, who is buried in this cemetery, donated the land for the cemetery. This cemetery is extremely well kept but has numerous unmarked graves. There are stones for people who do not shown dates of death, and I have not included them to protect their privacy. I have tried to transcribe the names and dates correctly, but there could be errors due to some of the stones being very hard to read. I have obituaries for people with a + at the end. If you are interested, please e-mail; and I will forward to you.
