Richard Kervin, age 52, of Sheridan passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He was born June 23, 1956 in Hardin County, Texas, a son of R.C. and Opal Elizabeth Fore Kervin. Mr. Kervin served in the Air Force and worked in the maintenance department for the Sheridan School District. He was preceded in death by his father, R.C. Kervin.
Survivors include his long time companion and friend, Marie Morgan of Sheridan; his mother, Opal Elizabeth Fore Kervin; his daughter, Amanda Benning of Little Rock; two brothers, Bill and Dan Kervin, both of Texas; two sisters, Susan Elders of Texas, and Lisa Lloyd of Sheridan; two grandchildren, Brice Main and Dalton Taylor.
