Found in a steel cabinet on the wall to the right as you enter the Montgomery County Courthouse Clerk's Office vault. Not responsibility for any errors. Lake Ouachita, Arkansas's largest man-made lake,
developed in the 1950s, stretches across 40,000 acres. Photo taken June 2000 from Twin Creek, a
Corps of Engineers park, looking east, towards Hickory Nut Mountain, approx 8 miles east of Mount Ida on U.S. 270, then 1 mile
north on access road in Montgomery Co. Both day use and tent camping, no hookups. Because
it is a Corps of Engineers lake, there is no private land ownership on the lake but there
are a few resorts.
