Name of mother:  Nancy Galaspy McGill, daughter of James
 McGill and Sally Parker of Thompson?s Creek, Tn

Remarks:  Mathew Cunningham was a Colonel of the
Revolutionary War.  James McGill was in the War of the
 Revolution and was of Scotch Irish descent.  He first
 settled in Pennsylvania near Philadelphia.

Education: at Flat Creek Seminary, TN. Teachers: Professor
 Jarald: Prairie Grove, AR.  Teacher: Professor Reed
Occupation: Taught school in TX and AR
Military service: 19th Inf. Brigade
Political party: a Jeffersonial Democrat all the time
Church connection: Cumberland Presbyterian

 First wife was Rebecca Jane Rollins and her parents
were
 Moses Rollins & Naomi A. Crawford of Washington Co. AR

 Second wife was Francis Emaline Shoffren and she was
 daughter of Newton M. Soffren and Mary Homer of
 Madison Co. AR

Comments:  The Rollins lived in TN and the Crawfords
in Lincoln Co., Middle TN
