I am looking for information on my mother's side of the family. Charles B. GILBERT was married to Nancy GOFORTH. For a period of time they lived in White county and then Dallas County. Family history says that Charles was a sheriff or some type of lawman. Nancy was part Cherokee. They are buried in Dallas Co. but would like more info on their earlier days/relatives from White Co. if known.

I'm very interested in contacting anyone familiar with the Richard Cornelius Lollis family. They lived in Crawford Co. Richard was married to Nancy J. Blair. Richard was born ca. 1845 and Nancy was born ca. 1848. They were married ca. 1870. According to the Crawford Co. Ark. History Richard served in the Civil War and was in the battle of Wilson Creek. His name was also spelled Lawless. I searched the 1870 census and found him along with an Augustus Lawless living right next door. I'd sure appreciate any info.
