Elva Maxine Williams Nutt, 81, of Fordyce died Monday November 5, 2007 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. Born July 30, 1926 at Bearden, she was a daughter of the late James Robert and Minnie Lou Gray Williams. She was a homemaker and a member of Pine Crest Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, James Everett, Clyde Edward, Robert Nelson, and Gerald Kenneth Williams. She is survived by her husband, James Emmitt Nutt; children, Terry and Sharry Nutt of Tyler, TX, Elva Dean and Bruce Walker of Fordyce, Tommy and Beverly Nutt of Fordyce, Ricky and Carla Nutt of Gurdon; one brtother, Franklin Williams of Fordyce, two sisters, Peggy Russell of Camden, Veda Calhoun of Fordyce; eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Franklin Williams and Nathan Petty officiating. Burial at Wheeler Cemetery.
