Was located on 4th Street in Ft. Smith.

"At the council meeting Monday night an ordinance was passed regarding the removal of the dead buried in the old Rogers cemetery. The ordinance provides that if the relatives of the parti4s buried in the cemetery do not remove the same within six months the city shall take over the work and make interments in the city cemetery."
