Gary Telford was a genealogist whose writing can be found in the Woodruff County Monitor-Leader-Advocate, located in McCrory, Arkansas but serving the entire county. These articles are placed here with permission and as a courtesy to the many Woodruff County researchers. These were compiled about the multifaceted and sometimes mysterious history of Woodruff County. Gary passed away on February 14, 2014, and his support for family history in Woodruff County will be greatly missed.
