Mary's death cert say he is her father and she is from Yell Co, she married Evertt MOORE and when he died she married Bill HARKY from Crow Mt AR Also need info on a daughter Ann GREENWOOD so MARY may have been married again. Would also like info on Everett MOORE from Yell or Perry or Pope Co. He lived with Mary Lee MOORE HARKY in Atkins where thay had three sons Robert MOORE B abt 1877 George Washington MOORE( g grandfather) B 1871 and Earl MOORE B abt 1878 Married Dicey BLACKBURN. Would love info on Everett OR Mary's Family, Mary b 1850 IN Yell Co died 6 26 1927 in Haskell Co, OK. She married Bill HARKEY abt 1900. BARRY, GIBSON, GIPSON posted by Thomas Gipson on Wednesday, August 6, 1997: I am interested in the name BARRY. My GG Grandmother was Francis BARRY. She was born 1870 and she married Frank GIBSON in 1889. My gg Grandmother changed the name from GIBSON to GIPSON sometime after they were married. My gg-grandfather was born in 1850, and my gg-grandmother was born in 1870 in TN. The marriage license is recorded in Lee County Book "C", page 286.

BURTON, CROSS, DAIMWOOD, GORDAN posted by W. O. Greene on Wednesday, December 31, 1997: My Great Grandmother came from Lee County. Her name was Elizabeth Jane BURTON. She was born Feb. 4, 1849 in Marriana, Arkansas. Her husband was Edward BURTON who died in a fishing accident. Her father was John B. CROSS and her mother was Eliza Jane GORDAN. She had a brother, Henry, and a sister Alzira. My great grandmother migrated to Tennessee and married Samuel Waitman DAIMWOOD. I am looking for any information on these families.

Was married 8 October 1845 in Shelby County, TN to Alfred Reditt BONNER. She died 25 August 1871 and is buried in Lee County - Spring Creek Cemetery. Any information regarding this family would be appreciated.

GRANGER, LEWIS, RODGERS posted by bself@swbell.net on Monday, February 23, 1998: Seeking relatives of Rosa Leah RODGERS who died in childbirth in Haynes, AR (Lee County) in 1883. Married Fielding Warner LEWIS in Haynes. They had one daughter Frances Olivia LEWIS born July 30, 1881. Her brother Lon RODGERS married Feilding's sister Sudie LEWIS. Sudie and Lon had a daughter also, named Rosa Leah and she married Oren GRANGER.

GATEWOOD, THOMASON posted by Michael Thomason on Tuesday, March 3, 1998: My family came from Aubrey, Lee county, Arkansas Their name was THOMASON. T.E. THOMASON married Lula GATEWOOD, around 1880. The Gatewoods came from Monroe County Mississippi. Any help in locating Thomason's would be helpful.

According to his daughter, Maudean Larue he was buried in Lee Co., possibly in or near Brickeys.

MILLER posted by Rod Miller on Tuesday, March 10, 1998: I have information from the death index that a Washington MILLER died in Lee County 09-09-1920. I don't know if this is the Washington MILLER I'm looking for, but he was born 01-17-1829? in Calloway Co. KY. and was rumored to have died in Arkansas. Any help would be appreciated.
