PIGG, WILSFORD posted by Kathlyn Faye Pigg on Saturday, July 15, 2000

My name is Kathlyn Faye PIGG Terry and I was born and grew up in Moro. I knew Doctor WILSFORD well and remember the car he drove - a Model A . I broke my arm when I was a child and Dr. WILSFORD set it. He had to use a wooden shingle from someone's house for a splint. My arm healed very well, which was a miracle as it was a compound fracture, and there was no such thing as an xray in Moro. I remember his office, which was in a building that was formerly used as the post office. I remember Miss Carrie WILSFORD, his wife, and she was very beautiful and had the most beautiful curly hair. I remember their house in 'Old Moro', but it did not look like the one pictured on the internet. If anyone wants to know why the town was designated 'Old Moro' I will be happy to write about it.
