Near the old Frost Mill
This cabin stood on the hill above the Frost Cotton, burr and Saw Mill, which sat on the river bank at the mouth of Little Sister and White River around 1915.
The Mill was operated by Will and Pearl Frost. It was run by a steam engine that was the property of the Napoleon Cotton Plantation.
The young boy standing below the horse's head is "Kay" Frost.
