I found this in my misc files hope it will be of use to some researcher

1st meeting
     Pleasant Grove Church Marion co Ark on Aug 9 1889 called to order by Elder James Curnutt, Moderator and S.A. Briggs, Clerk. The introduction sermon was preached by Elder Charles Henderson from Matthew 16.chapter 6 verse 18

2nd meeting
     letters were called for from different churches and their deligates were invited to seats. Letters were called for from newly constituted churches * none recieved

3rd meeting
     The Assocaition was then organized and elected Elder James Curnutt, moderator and S. A. Briggs .clerk. the moderator then appointed a committee to frame a bill of arraingements consisting of Elders S.G. Slape, C. Felps, J.P. Smith with the Moderator and clerk also a committe to arrange preaching consisting of A.J. Wilkerson, Thomas Payne and J.G. Harris. the association adjourned to meet saturday at 8 o clock

4th meeting
saturday 8 oclock
     met pursant to adjournment. opened by prayer. The bill of arrangement called read and recieved and the committe discharged.. resolved that we have 300 copies struck and that S.A. Briggs and S. A. Slape supertend the printing and disrtibution of the same. resolved that we keep up correspondence with Union Association and that elder Peter Mincks and J.H.Slape write the corresponding letter and bear the same to the Union association.resolved that we keep up correspondence with Old Mount Zion Association and that A.J. Wilkerson and Elder J.H. Slape write the corresponding letter and bear the same to old Mt. Zion association resolved that we keep up correspondence with MulberryAssociation and that Elder J.N. Thomas write the corresponding letter and bear it to the Mulberry Assoication. resolved that we hold our next meeting with Bethelehem CHURCH in Marion co. commencing Friday before the 3rd sunday in august 1890. resolved that we hold our annual association each year at that time

5th meeting
     resolved that we return our thanks to the people of this vicinity for their hospitality shown us during this association resolved that the Lead Hill Association adjourn to meet with Bethelehem Churches Marion Co Ark ,commencing Friday before the 3rd Sunday in aug A D 1890
