To save a .jpg image to your own computer put your cursor over the image, right click on your mouse and then select Save Image As. To save the .pdf page click the Save As button on the toolbar.

The List is only Alpha by the first letter of the last name they are not alphabetized by surname. The names seem to be in the order in which the men registered.
