Query: My grandparents, Alice Wilson and John H. Cossey married and started their family in Van Buren County in 1909 near a place called Dabney. My great grandparents were Henry M. and Addie Emaline Martin Wilson, they also lived in the same area. My great great grandfather Ned Wilson remarried after the death of his first wife, Betty around 1927 to a woman from around Clinton and is buried in that area. My Cossey great grandparents were living in Pope County, but my great great Cossey grands were in VanBuren County from around 1860 through about 1900. Any and all information will be appreciated. Especially am looking for Ned Wilson's second wife and his burial place. Anything about Dabney and old school photos would be treasures, also.

Query: Searching for the L.B. Bartlett (Louis Sweden Bartlett) family that was supposed to be living in and around Scotland, Ark from about 1885 to 1915. The mother was Adele, Adeline or Addie May McCoy. I have another name from this family, they called their Grandma, Gramma Biggs. The children were born in this order, Marvin, William, Thade, Ceral, Ernest, Nina, Sherman (Rusty). This family is found in Scott Co. in 1920 census records. L.B.'s father is Charles William Bartlett, his mother is Rebecca Elizabeth Cossey. Grandma Biggs was Addie's mother, and possibly of indian descent. I would be grateful for any help.

Query: I am trying to find the parents and siblings of John Stewart or Steward. His son, William was born in Van Buren county on June 14, 1864. John was conscripted into the confederate army during the civil war. He was about 17 at the time. He was served on a steamboat. He was injured when a steam pipe burst and was blinded in one eye. I don't know who or where he got married. After William was born John's wife died. He Then married her sister, Ann. Sometime later they moved to Searcy County. I would appreciate any help you can give me in locating John's family. William, John's son, married Dulcena Melissa Clemons on Aug. 19, 1886 in Searcy Co. Dulcena was born on May 20, 1858. Her parents were Reddick P. Clemons and Wealthy Grant.
